HomeSpex follows the the InterNACHI Home Inspection Standards of Practice that outlines what should be covered during a general home inspection, as well as what is excluded.
Our inspections will include an onsite examination of the home, and we will provide a detailed report of all our findings during the inspection.
The report will include photos/videos, along with components that are inspected, not inspected, and components we recommend that are in need of repair or replacement.
