Home Inspection

We have made the pricing for home inspections very simple.  Our quality home inspection standard price is $375.  This price includes up to a 3 hour on site inspection and a full detailed report with pictures emailed to you within one business day of the inspection.  We also include an infrared camera to find improper insulation and moisture issues that some inspectors cant see.  For larger homes that require more inspection time, you will be billed at $25 per additional 30 minutes needed.  For an average home, the 3 hour allotted time will cover most inspections.  Payments are due before completion of any inspection.  Call, text or email for a free quote today.

Radon Measurement Testing

Our NRPP registered devises will give you a real estate approved test for a flat fee of $150.  This includes a 48 hour test using one of our CRM(continuous radon monitor) that will give you an accurate reading of your radon levels in your home.  Price includes set up, pick up, and a full detailed report of the test emailed to you within one business day of test completion. New Service!  Homespex Consultation

We now offer a walk through consultation service. With this service we will walk through the home with you answering any questions or concerns about the property you may have. We will point out any possible issues and educate you on homes current features. This is a great option in a competitive market when sellers are not accepting offers with full inspection services or if you simply want a more affordable option. The standard price for this service is $175. This is a consultation only and does not include any reports or tools used by inspector.
